- Driving License: Must possess a valid Car or Commercial Driving License (Learner permits are not accepted).
- Financial Status: Must not be a bank defaulter.
- Criminal Record: Must have a clean police record.
- Women’s Quota: A special 30% quota is reserved for women, with their taxis featuring a distinct color for easy identification and safety.
