Method 1: SMS via 8070 (Fastest Check)

Open your mobile SMS app.
Type your 13-digit CNIC number (without dashes).
Send it to 8070.
You will receive a reply indicating your eligibility or directing you to the PSER portal for a data update.

Method 2: Online Registration (PSER Portal)

If your data is not in the system, you must register via the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER):

Visit pser.punjab.gov.pk.
Click “Register New Family” and create an account using your CNIC and phone number.
Complete the digital survey by providing details about your house, family members, and income.
Submit the application. Once verified by NADRA, your Nigehban Card will be issued and delivered to your doorstep by your local Union Council staff.
