If your data is not in the system, you must register via the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER):
- Visit pser.punjab.gov.pk.
- Click “Register New Family” and create an account using your CNIC and phone number.
- Complete the digital survey by providing details about your house, family members, and income.
- Submit the application. Once verified by NADRA, your Nigehban Card will be issued and delivered to your doorstep by your local Union Council staff.
