Orders
I did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam folder first. If you cannot find it, please contact us on info@queenstar.com.pk and we will make sure you receive it.
How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?
Please contact us on info@queenstar.com.pk or Facebook ASAP. Once the item is dispatched, we cannot make a change to your order and you will have to return the item following our Return Policy. Please be aware, our business hours are Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm.
My discount has not been applied, can I get the money refunded?
If you ordered and your discount has not been applied, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time of purchase to claim this back. Please contact us at info@queenstar.com.pk.
